* Must pass para professional exam to receive $0.50 salary increase over Youth Development Professional.
** High school diploma may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree, with relevant field experience.
*** Plus Shift Differential (Residential = $0.82/hour • Overnight = $0.50/hour • Weekends = $2.00/hour)
