Youth Development Professional

Position Summary:
Function as member of the Treatment team to support the coordination of services and facilitate youth progress; seek opportunities to teach and facilitate growth of inner control through choices and decision making; ensures the safety, security and well-being of all students in the assigned area.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required or High-school diploma (or equivalent) with relevant human service experience considered, academic studies in the areas of psychology, sociology, social work, and education.

Experience:
Some experience working with youth preferred but not required.

Campus:
Hillcrest Center, Intensive Treatment Unit, Autism Spectrum Disorder Program, Highpoint

Shift:
Wed-Sat/Sun-Wed Residential
Days, Residential, and Overnight Shifts

Compensation:
$21.00 to $24.00 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Summary:
Executes comprehensive nursing care activities; assesses client needs; plans and implements client care activities; evaluates client’s response to treatment; assists in and directs the delivery of health care by members of the treatment team.

Educational Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Licenses or Certification::
LPN Required

Compensation:
$30.51-$35.76 per hour

Director of Development and Community Relations

Position Summary:
As a member of the Senior Management Team, this highly organized professional is responsible for developing and implementing the development strategy for Hillcrest Educational Centers, Inc. This position is responsible for setting and achieving the fundraising goals of the organization and will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships and contacts within and outside the local communities. In addition, the Director will have primary responsibilities in planning of all department related events, accurate management of donor data base, donor acknowledgment, Annual Report creation, and creation and management of a HEC Volunteer Program.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or related field required. Master’s preferred.

Experience:
Three years of fundraising experience preferred with successful experience in annual giving, corporate and foundation relations, special events planning, data management and newsletter/appeals writing.
