Position Summary:
Function as member of the Treatment team to support the coordination of services and facilitate youth progress; seek opportunities to teach and facilitate growth of inner control through choices and decision making; ensures the safety, security and well-being of all students in the assigned area.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required or High-school diploma (or equivalent) with relevant human service experience considered, academic studies in the areas of psychology, sociology, social work, and education.

Residential Clinician
Position Summary:
The Clinician will provide individual and group treatment for a primary group of students. Additional responsibilities include treatment team facilitation, clinical report writing and coordination of student treatment plans. The Clinician works with the clinical support team to ensure all case management responsibilities are carried out in an appropriate timely manner. The Clinician also attends court hearings and foster care reviews for the students. S/he must be flexible and able to adjust to the daily changing demands as necessary.
Educational Requirements:
Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work. Degree must be license eligible in the state of MA.
Experience:
Experience with children and adolescents preferred. Experience with providing trauma treatment preferred.
Licenses or Certification:
Licensure preferred. Maintain/pursue licensure and Continuing Education Units (CEU) as necessary.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, allowing up to one evening a week and one weekend day a month as needed to accommodate family work.

Special Education Teacher
Position Summary:

Position Summary:
Provide staff support in an educational/childcare environment, performing paraprofessional work in assisting teachers and students. Position is responsible for leading and supervising a variety of developmentally appropriate activities, as directed by assigned teacher(s).

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Position Summary:
The primary function of the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of student diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges. BCBAs may supervise the work of Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), and other professionals who implement behavior-analytic interventions. The clinician will be responsible for a caseload of 8-11 students utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) exhibiting intense behavioral difficulties. Allow up to one evening a week and one weekend day a month as needed to accommodate parent training and residential support.
Educational Requirements:

School Clinician
Position Description:
The Clinician will provide weekly group therapy services to all students enrolled in the trauma informed, psycho-educational classrooms of Hillcrest Academy. Group therapy services include provision of DBT skills to address school interfering behaviors, as well as psycho-educational groups addressing important topics for community safety. Primary duties also include provision of crisis assessments, crisis service coordination with staff, families, and local service agencies. Individual therapy services may be provided on a case-by-case basis. Additional responsibilities include staff consultation, treatment team facilitation, completion of various intake and psycho-social assessment tools and documents, as well as coordination of and documentation of student treatment plans. The clinician will participate in IEP planning meetings and coordinate clinical services with teaching staff. The Clinician will ensure all case management responsibilities are carried out in appropriate and timely manner, including documentation of services, coordination with families and finding agencies, and support for Family Strong Events. Participation in outside service provider meetings may be included on a case-to-case basis.

Position Summary:
As a member of the Senior Management Team, this highly organized professional is responsible for developing and implementing the development strategy for Hillcrest Educational Centers, Inc. This position is responsible for setting and achieving the fundraising goals of the organization and will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships and contacts within and outside the local communities. In addition, the Director will have primary responsibilities in planning of all department related events, accurate management of donor data base, donor acknowledgment, Annual Report creation, and creation and management of a HEC Volunteer Program.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or related field required. Master’s preferred.
Experience:
Three years of fundraising experience preferred with successful experience in annual giving, corporate and foundation relations, special events planning, data management and newsletter/appeals writing.
